This large space is half a duplex with its own private 6′ fenced in backyard, covered patio with patio furniture and bbq. Both units have their own off street parking driveways. Self check in is easy and convenient.

This is a wonderful quiet neighborhood. Right across the street is a small neighborhood park, perfect for letting the little ones play on the equipment and run around! Four blocks away is the 242 acre recreation area of Crown Hill Park which includes a large lake and Wildlife Refuge. Activities include picnicking, hiking, biking, wildlife viewing, walking, roller blading and fishing. The sunrises and sunsets from here are stunning with the Rockies in the background.
Of course, Denver holds a myriad of activities and events and the mountains are to be experienced whether in summer or winter.
We are close to I-70 and 6th Avenue which take you to the mountains or downtown Denver. Easy access to almost anywhere you decide to go!!
This is a 2-story unit and bedrooms are on the second floor and downstairs, so stairs will be part of your stay. There are no bedrooms on the main floor. So while we provide a great experience for all guests, we do not allow indoor smoking, pets nor parties with folks not registered to stay.
The game room is located in the attached sun room which sometimes may be warmer or cooler than the home.
There are 2 Ring Cameras, action activated, mounted on a post by the front doors and on the garage for the safety of our guests. They are active and record 24/7.
